Freshly Made for You

Our creams and lotions are prepared in small batches to maintain freshness and quality.

Because our products are made with carefully selected ingredients and are not intended for long-term storage, we recommend:

Keeping creams refrigerated after opening, particularly during warmer months.
Always using clean, dry hands or a cosmetic spatula when removing product from the jar.
Keeping water and moisture out of the container.
Closing the lid securely after each use.
For best freshness and quality, using your cream within approximately three months.

Natural variations in colour, fragrance or texture may occur from one batch to another. These variations are part of the character of small-batch products and do not necessarily indicate a quality issue.

Before Using Your Luxal Product

Everyone's skin is different.

We recommend performing a small patch test before first use, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known sensitivities to botanical ingredients, essential oils or fragrances.

Apply a small amount to a limited area and discontinue use if irritation, redness, itching or discomfort occurs.

Luxal products are intended for external cosmetic use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and do not apply to broken or irritated skin.

If you have known allergies, highly sensitive skin, a dermatological condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have concerns regarding a particular ingredient, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list and consulting an appropriate healthcare professional before use.

Orders

Because many Luxal products are freshly prepared or made in small batches, processing times may vary depending on the product and order volume.

We take great care in preparing and inspecting each order before it leaves us.

Please verify your order information, delivery address and product selection before submitting your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used skincare and personal-care products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive an incorrect item, or if your product arrives damaged, please contact us promptly after receiving your order. Include your order information and photographs when applicable so we can review the situation.

Eligible concerns will be assessed individually, and we will work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are carefully packaged to protect the products during transportation.

Delivery times may vary according to destination, carrier availability, weather and other circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure that the shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Luxal cannot be responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address provided with the order.

Because our creams are freshly prepared, we recommend retrieving delivered packages promptly and following the product storage instructions after receipt.

Luxal Cosmetics currently ships within Canada, excluding British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Available destinations are confirmed during checkout. Orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Québec. We are continually reviewing our delivery coverage and hope to serve additional provinces in the future.

Complimentary Gifts & Promotions

From time to time, Luxal may offer complimentary soaps, gifts, promotional pricing or other special offers.

Promotions may be available for a limited time and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice. Unless otherwise indicated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

Complimentary items have no cash value and are generally not eligible for exchange or substitution.
